Scope of Warranty
Material Warranty - This warranty covers defects in materials related to the installation of APP Membrane Waterproofing System and Does not cover on the workmanship for the period provided.Workmanship Warranty - This warranty covers defects in the workmanship/labour related to the installation of APP Membrane System and Does not cover on the Material for the period provided.Material and Workmanship Warranty - This warranty covers defects both in the material and the workmanship/labour involved in the installation of APP Membrane System for the period provided.Duration
The Period/Duration of Warranty provided is based on Manufacturer/Project which will be mentioned on the project proposal.Exclusions
The Warranty does not cover the damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, improper maintenance or covering, or unauthorized modifications.Any and all external damages which effect the membrane layer/layers will void the warrantyNormal wear and tear which does not effect the waterproofing seal is not covered.Any alternations to the membrane system without prior approval may void the warranty.Regular Inspections and Housekeeping, including drain points in case of roof to be always maintained by client.Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair of the defective materials or workmanship, not exceeding the agreed value of work.Claims Process
